Ceva Animal Health Philippines exhibited its distinct products and services to hog raisers in the Philippines during the 25th National Hog Convention held at the SMX Convention City in Bacolod City, an island in Southern Philippines. It is an annual event organized by a majority of the largest swine raisers in the country that aims to bring updates and new technology to the swine industry. It is participated in by over a two thousand farm raisers from small-scale raisers to integrated farm operations and a majority of the Philippine veterinary drug companies.

The three day event comprised of meetings among swine raisers on best practices and continuing education initiatives spearheaded by experts from the veterinary drug industry. We showcased our technical expertise through Ceva’s Veterinary Technical Services, particularly the Ceva Lung Program discussed by Dr. Mike Quilitis and a Repronomics presentation ably handled by Dr Donnan Canoy. Inquiries from farmers started to pour in after on how these could benefit their swine operations.
